Academy #12208 1/48 P-38F Lightning Glacier Girl
Glacier Girl is a World War II P-38 fighter plane that was trapped 300 feet of ice in a Greenland glacier before being recovered in 1992 and restored to mint condition over the following 10 years. She was one of the most popular attractions at this year's Sun 'n Fun, according to Ed White of Lakeland, an aviation electrician that helped restore her.
