Revell # 07941 1/12 YAMAHA 250 DT-1 DIRT BIKE EXPERT KIT
The Yamaha YZ250 is a Japanese motorcross motorcycle that was first presented to the public in 1974. At the same time, it entered mass production, which continues to this day. The YZ250 was designed and put into production to expand Yamaha's commercial offering, as well as to complement and later replace the 125 TY. In the period 1974-1982, the motorcycle was powered by an air-cooled 249 cm3 engine, but from 1982, an upgraded liquid-cooled unit with the same displacement but power increased to 49hp was used as the drive. The Yamaha YZ250 was relatively light from the beginning of production, but in 2005 it began using a new aluminum frame that reduced its weight to 96 kilograms. The Yamaha YZ250 is undoubtedly a very successful motorcycle, and the numerous titles and victories it has won on the tracks are the proof of its high-quality construction
