Tamiya #14058 1/12 SCALE YAMAHA FZR750R (OW01)
The Yamaha FZR750R was a street-legal version of the dominant YZF750 race bike. It was fitted with a 4-stroke DOHC 4-cylinder 5-valve engine with titanium conrods and enlarged exhaust ports, and featured an aluminum Deltabox frame and race-spec suspension unit. High quality FRP fairings were a perfect match for the FZR750R's top notch performance, and the 1,000 made were soon snapped up by motorcycle afficionados.
About the Model
This is a 1/12 scale plastic assembly model kit. Length: 174mm, height: 96mm, width: 62mm. Cowling parts are molded in 2 parts like on the full size bike, in clear plastic. The 4-stroke engine features details such as carburetors and radiator. Vinyl tubing is included to depict ignition and brake cables. Small screws are used to secure cowlings and engine. Synthetic rubber tires feature realistic tread patterns, and are paired with 3-spoke wheels. High quality Cartograf decals and a leaflet with color photographs f＼of the real bike are also included.
