- The Tamiya Fletcher U.S. Navy destroyer warship series kit adds a spectacular touch to your model ship collection. This model kit allows you to create a 12.9-inch detailed replica of the Fletcher DD445. The Tamiya kit includes all of the individual pieces, instructions, and decals you need to finish the ship, but other necessary supplies, including a hobby knife, glue and paint, must be purchased separately. When finished, the model makes an excellent display piece that showcases all of the features of the Fletcher Destroyer in 1:350 scale. Notable features include movable gun turrets and torpedo launchers and detailed accessories such as lifeboats. The model also comes with a plastic base for display purposes.
