Its prestigious pedigree is worth to the Aston Martin V8's today high prices. Presented in 1972, the car was declined in the coupé and convertible configuration (V8 Volante). The first versions were simpler and the engines equipped with carburetors. Subsequently, with the series 4 and 5, electronic injection was introduced. The V8 was a balanced engine with remarkable performance, arriving in the most powerful versions at 340 horsepower. The V8 was produced until 1989.
